Delete your Bobbin data

Last updated: October 2026

Bobbin keeps your library on this device. If you turned on Assistant Sync, it also keeps one folder named Bobbin Memory in your Google Drive. You own that folder. These steps remove both.

  1. Open the Bobbin extension and go to Settings.
  2. Open Privacy and data.
  3. Choose Delete all indexed data.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm.

That removes indexed pages, text, visit history, and chats from this browser. It also moves the Bobbin Memory folder to the Google Drive trash. Extension settings such as your blocklist stay.

You can also open Google Drive, find the folder Bobbin Memory, and move it to the trash yourself. Files stay in the Drive trash until Google removes them or you delete them there.

Removing the extension does not empty the Drive trash. Use Delete all indexed data first, or trash the folder in Drive, if you want that copy gone.
